Our crew recruitment division specializes in attracting, recruiting, training, deploying and managing seafarers’ talent from Bulgaria, Romania.
Also we offer Ukrainian Crew living permanently with their families in Bulgaria or Romania.

As part of our operational excellence, NOVA Maris Services offers additional services to our Clients that include pre-vetting inspections, pre-purchasing inspection, Internal Navigation Audit, Case study training as per Owner’s request.
