Health, Safety and Environmental Policy
- Conduct its business in a manner that protects the health and safety of employees, contractors and others involved in our operations and the community we operate.
- Continuously improve environmental performance to achieve sustainable development
- Strengthen our business by making Health, Safety and Environmental considerations an integral part of all business activities
- Optimize the processes and activities in the company with the aim to achieving adequacy, expediency, consciousness of quality, safe work, respecting the requirements of all parties concerned;
- Identify hazards, asses work risks and establish measures for continuous improvement of working conditions to achieve the final goal - work without accidents, accidents and occupational diseases;
- Understand and maintain an understanding of the responsibility of the Organization for commitment to health and safety at work, providing staff motivation and employee commitment to the company's policy and the goals set in order to achieve good results.
- Comply with all laws and regulations
- Practice transparent public reporting of the HSE performance
- Ensure the HSE is a major responsibility of appropriately trained, empowered and accountable employees and management
- Promote a culture of learning and practising HSE management among employees and contractors
- Encourage off the job HSE awareness among employees and families.
Health:
Identify and evaluate health risks related to its operations that potentially affects its employees, contractors or the public
Establish safety measurements against predefined risks
Implement programs and appropriate protective measures to control risks, including appropriate monitoring of its potentially affected employees. Cary-out pre-employment and periodic medical check-up of its employees
Provide or arrange for medical services necessary for the treatment of employee occupational illness or injuries and for handling medical emergencies
Safety:
Implement a rigorous system of Process Safety Risk Management
Institutionalize behavioural safety practices using the Personal Safety Management system
Keep abreast of the latest international codes, standards and practices and adopting the same where applicable
Hazard identification, risk assessment and measures to continually improve working conditions to achieve the ultimate goal - work with no incidents, accidents and occupational illnesses
Permanent compliance with the applicable mandatory rules and requirements;
Environment:
Comply with all applicable environmental laws, regulations and apply responsible standards where law and regulations does not exist
Conserve natural resources and energy by continuously improving our process and measuring performance
Continuously improve our processes to minimize pollution and waste
