To affirm the name of NOVA Maris as a symbol of quality service in recruitment, selection, supply and implementation of seafarers on board vessels, fully satisfying customer’s expectations – job seekers, employers and other parties of interest. Furthermore, our aim is not only to match those expectations. Our goal is to continuously improve the quality of the services along with compliance and effectiveness of our quality management system

Policy of NOVA Maris Management is providing high-standard attendance to seafarers with regard to their employment and quality services to prospective employers, according to respective applicable national and international laws and regulations and requirements of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, Maritime Administration, MLC 2006, shipownres/shipmanagers’ companies and other companies, hiring seafarers with the mediation of NOVA Maris.

General Quality Objectives are:
To create, implement, manage and maintain process-oriented quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 in order to:
- Facilitate achievement of objectives through planned and controlled execution of activities,
- Monitoring of performance and observation of results and taking appropriate preventive and corrective actions based on the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015, expectations of customers and requirements of applicable regulations,
- Ensuring and providing clear information about customer’s feedback and implement continuous improvement.
To provide and ensure a motivating work environment, aiming to encourage increasing quality of services, development of skills and new ideas, trainings and qualification improvement of staff/personnel.
To ensure the exact need of seafarers seeking employment and all other parties concerned – government agencies, companies in the field of shipping and shipbuilding through compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, honesty and loyalty in all actions.
NM Management takes full responsibility for the development, implementation and maintenance of quality management system in all organizational levels.
